2.37 - DPMI function 0601h - Unlock Linear Region

Unlocks a linear address range that was previously locked using the Lock Linear Region DPMI function 0600h.

 

In: AX = 0601h
BX:CX = starting linear address of memory to unlock
SI:DI = size of region to unlock (bytes)
Out:

if successful:
CF clear

if failed:
CF set
AX = error code

8002h - invalid state (page not locked)
8025h - invalid linear address (unallocated pages)

Notes:

a) As DOS/32 Advanced does not support virtual memory this function is implemented for compatibility reasons only.
